Hello hello and welcome!
This my favorite site to spend time to when I am not reading to oblivion or working out. The one I feel so close to people I have never met cause we are more or less bond with the same philosophy in life. To enjoy it without guilt and to make the most of it.
I have been into fitness since January of 2013 best time of my life, I have become a bit annoying to friends that do not follow the same lifestyle but what can you do??
I may not be around everyday due to uni and all things around that taking up most of my time but I am checking up regularly.
I follow back fitspos and blogs that I find interesting in general.
I hold a Bsc in psychology and I am currently working on my masters degree part of what I want to do deals with eating disorders amongst other things. If you have any questions I would be more than happy to assist, we all come from different backgrounds in here and we battle different things but we have one common goal I think, and that’s beautiful.
